Problem getting in app
For a while now I haven’t been able to get into the app. And now it’s telling me to update the latest version but all it says is to open.
Disappointed
I thought this was going to be a great resource for my Funko Pop collection but it turns out it’s not even close, twice I have ordered and had to cancel due to the tremendous wait when the items I wanted were available regularly at Walmart, target and Amazon. The first time the cancel was a suggestion made by customer support so I took that opportunity and used the credit towards a different pop figure that I have now been waiting better than a year for it, it was suppose to of released in July 2022 but after never receiving mine I started the process of reaching out to customer service. I am on my third request for any sort of assistance at all and no response on any. The sad part is I have already bought this figure from Amazon because it was a gift for my daughter and I was tired of making her wait, but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be no resolve to this situation. As of now I will never buy from here again and will not recommend it to any of my contacts that also collect

I have placed 2 preorders and have yet to receive the items!!! It’s been over a year. I have emailed customer service and nothing but a generic response. So I’m out money as well as what I ordered. Save your money and go somewhere else
STAY AWAY!!
I have tried contacting this company for MONTHS through several platforms and email. Nothing. They have no customer service at all. I placed 2 orders LAST YEAR, one in January and one in February. I’m still waiting with no way to get my money back and only received not even half of the orders. Don’t even bother with them.

Fraud
I’ve waited 6 months for my items. Sent multiple of requests/emails. The auto responder would say something along the lines that I would hear from someone in like 3 days, yet I’ve still haven’t heard or received an email regarding my items. Stay away from this scam company

Don’t buy from this company. They will take your money and never send the items. This app should have been deleted from the App Store a long time ago. Site is run by thieves

DO NOT PRE ORDER FROM HERE!!!
Unfortunately you can’t leave zero stars. This is the second time I have had an issue trying to get a hold of this company. The last time when I finally did they told me Instagram was the best way. I have sent the same message for at least 3 days in a row. I stupidly pre ordered pops from them last January because I never had an issue with them before and actually I liked this company up until mid last year. I have still not received my items. They told me back in June of 2022 that I should be receiving them between then and September. Well September has come and gone months ago and still no items. I guess they are too busy with WhatNot auctions to deal with customer service.

SCAM
Ordered from them months ago on pops that came out a month ago and have yet to receive my products. They never respond to emails, or any other way your able to contact them. Would definitely not recommend buying from them. Trying to revive a refund for my order through my bank.
Missing product
I ordered stuff 6 months ago still never received it. Asked for a refund and no one has responded to any of my messages
Worst customer service ever
Hope you never need help with any of your orders because you won’t get any. I’ve sent various emails, messages over two of their social media platforms, left public comments, and sent multiple emails since mid-late September and haven’t received a single response or even had my messages read. Will update if they ever answer/if my issue gets resolved.

I formation would be nice.
I ordered 4 things. I received 3. The website shows all 4 delivered- does say partial at the top. Doesn’t say which one wasn’t shipped ( of course i know because it wasn’t in the box) and doesn’t say why and doesn’t say when the 4th item will be shipped. The tracking shows all 4 items delivered. I’ve sent emails through Facebook messenger and through the links in the shipping email but all have been returned undeliverable. I can get the 4th item somewhere else if you no longer have it, but I will want my money back. No one is responding . There should be Information when I log in to my account, but it’s sketchy and not helpful. If you hurry and tell me it’s out of stock I can still get it from another company but I do t want two of them but it might sell out at the other place. Ugh.

I’ve email about canceling an order and replied to the email that was sent back to me asking if I understood the 10% fee for canceling … which I do, and got no response back form them . I email again telling them I understood the terms and still no response back and this has been going on since late December of 2021. It would be nice if someone would let me know if the order was canceled and when I will receive my refund less the 10% .

I was so disappointed waking up and realizing the the new dumpster fire vinyl was sold out everywhere and to my surprise You guys notify me that the same product was just released. I was able to pick up two of them. #A+++#A+++ app.
