Waste of time

Tried multiple time adding my number to get the code numbers but never got it.

Doesn’t work

I have a soco tc max. I got the app to be able to connect to my bike, but the dang app won’t accept my phone number, or any code I give it. I put the 15-17 digit code in, nothing, I scan the QR code, nothing. And the place I got the bike from had no idea the app existed or how to get any code for the app.

Frustrating and Pointless

Well… it works better than the previous app (SUPER SOCO), but not by much. The other app didn't even get into the first step of registration. This app gets into registration, then after confirming your phone number it asks you to scan a code without saying what code or where to find it. I tried scanning the sticker on the side of my super soco, but it rejected it, and after three tries it won't send me any more codes.

Really frustrating and pointless.

No longer able to sign in

The SMS sign in code no longer arrives for anyone using this app meaning all online features of the bike are gone.

Bind moped to app

I basically can’t bind my CPX moped to the app, at best i get to the scanning screen, then it never recognises the IMEI number which came with the bike, help needed, yet there is no help 👍👍

Awful

App rarely works and gives false information when does

Doesn’t work

I’ve tried for several weeks to get this to log in but it just keeps circling round

Scan imei
Enterphone number
Receive code
Scan imei

Unable to connect to CPX

The old app connected first time. This new app doesn’t allow me to connect. I have an issue with the bike and the company I bought it from said I need this app to “update” my bike.

Dreadful

I’ve been trying to use this for my Super Soco CUx I bought new last summer. I can honestly say this is one of worst apps I’ve seen

The times for all notifications are in Beijing time zone
The translations of all the text have never been anywhere near anyone who speaks English
All notifications keep coming back after you delete them
Half of the functionality doesn’t work at all. Eg my battery apparently has only been through 4 cycles, this is far from true.
Given the app was one of the things that I factored in when buying the bike, I’m pretty disgusted by the completely amateurish attempt at an app.
I’m a software engineer for a living so I know poor software when I see it. This is one of the worst things I’ve ever seen.

Pointless

Is there any chance that one of these Super Soco apps could… I don’t know….. work!!!
That would be an interesting concept I’ve been trying to get a verification code for two weeks now
