Nạp tiền vô thì dễ. Rút ra bắt chờ định danh gần 1 ngày không có????? Ứng dụng rất khó chịu và không đem lại trải nghiệm tốt cho khách hàng.
Doesn’t even work for the QR codes in Vietnam
This makes no sense how this was even recommended it doesn’t allow me to pay anyone and says the QR codes are not comparable. I think I will try out Moreta instead…
Wrong country code for Canada
Canada is 1 same as USA. 1416 limits it to just Toronto.

Does not work with VietQR and can’t reload VNSKY mobile phone number
This only works if the retailer has a VNPAY QR code. The majority of retailers and sellers uses VietQR. This app cannot pay someone who uses VietQR so this app is useless.
Since VNPAY owns VNSKY, why can’t I reload my VNSKY account with this app? This makes this app super useless LOL

Doesn’t work for this foreign tourist
Supposedly *the* QR payment app for foreign tourists, but did not work for me. Linking and authenticating my foreign debit card was successful, but using the app to pay for anything? Failure. First attempts were with non-VNPay QR codes. This is understandable - I guess the plethora of QR payment networks are not interconnected in Vietnam.
But then I found a chain store (not a small vendor) sporting a VNPay-branded QR code and all the app would say was “This merchant is not supported”. Why does VNPay not support their own QR codes?
Attempts to contact support via the app also failed. Just got a canned response implying it *should* work but not addressing the question or explaining why it doesn’t work. You can’t follow-up with additional questions via the in-app support, so I reworded the question in a new support ticket and got the exact same canned response. This was all in English…. Maybe I would have a different experience if I could speak Vietnamese but this supposed support for foreign tourists was why I chose this app.
Ended up just using cash for every transaction because most places (including the largish chain store) don’t accept credit cards.

Does not work with VietQR
This only works if the retailer has a VNPAY QR code. The majority of retailers and sellers uses VietQR. This app cannot pay someone who uses VietQR so this app is pretty useless.
Most international cards do not work.
The app says it supports foreign credit cards, but it doesn’t. After checking expat groups, most foreign cards don’t work, even from banks in the US. I have about 10 credit cards from top US banks and none worked. No debit cards worked either. Why doesn’t VNPay remove this international card feature if it only applies to a few rare cards? It’s hit or miss. At that point, you’re better off opening a local account and using the scan QR feature. There is no point to this app otherwise.
