Be careful of fake charges
The “cancel” option from within the app does not work and is rigged.
I did cancel right after the trial and they charged me the premium version for $75.
Actually I had 3 charges appear on my card and I am going to pursue this till I get my money back.
Watch for all credit cars charges from this company.

False Charge
Application offered a 7 day free trial and immediately charged me $90 for a year subscription.
I DEMAND A REFUND
I installed this app 10 months ago and it has been sucking my hard earned money (£50) per month resulting to a £500 loss even after deleting it I tried logging back in some while ago and received a log In error and after that I forgot about this leech app just today I was about to end my subscription and it kept on giving me other subscriptions as I was about to click cancel subscription my app froze ( which is definitely a tactic used for a person to click purchase the other subscription) I clicked cancel a few times and accidentally clicked buy the £30 subscription only once and then after I clicked cancel I few times and then I see a pop up notification saying the subscription was purchased I only clicked it once and then after clicked cancel at the start and end showing how the cancel button is useless I cancelled the app because I had no development in my voice and it’s filled with Ai like geez if you get so much money per membership at least invest in some human life that’s the reason I cancelled the app 10 months ago I demand I receive £500 since i barly even used the app aswell as the 30 pounds you made me accidently buy this is not a way how to treat your customets atleast make it’s moneys worth 😤

Forcing Us to get Premium
Overall, the app is great, and I’ve been happy enough with it to pay for a one year subscription. However I’m frustrated that I’m now being prompted to start a “7 Day Free Trial” for Premium with no apparent option to skip it. It feels like we’re being forced into a trial we may not want, with the hope that we will forget to cancel before being charged.
Very questionable tactic and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I value transparency and user choice, and experiences like this make me reconsider renewing my subscription. If this doesn’t change, I’ll likely explore other alternatives when my current subscription ends.

We need to put this in a widget form in a phone that we can track days we are in.
Charge without a subscription
I got charged and never subscribed or even created an account. Can’t find out a contact person to request the refund.
Very bad service
Subscription is live since Jan, but not able to use it because its not getting activated. And no response from customer service. Pathetic service
AI Jessica not a good change
Not finding the use of AI generated video to be a great experience. I expect higher quality and would be willing to pay more for real humans in my training video clips. How companies believe AI is better is beyond me. I used to love the app until this change.

This app charged me for a subscription I never signed up for. I had to cancel my credit card because the charges kept coming. Even after I canceled all subscriptions, they charged me again using my new credit card. Now I have to apply for another credit card because of this issue.
This has been extremely frustrating and stressful. Be very careful before subscribing because it is very difficult to stop the charges.

Interesting
Really like the app, even though I sometimes disagree with its methodology. I’m currently reading Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss, and I prefer his approach over this one. His techniques feel more practical and less formal.
Even so, this app is still very helpful — just not as strong as the methods taught by Chris Voss, a former FBI negotiator.
If you’re looking for a solid program to improve your speech, I would still highly recommend it.

Overrated, Not Worth It
Expected better features. No customer support. Not worth the subscription.

If you can’t pull off designing a clear subscription path you can’t be trusted with the rest of your product. You are either amazing scammers who are intentionally trapping people and hope they never figure it out. Or you have no idea what you are doing.

Good app overall but losing all your points for missing a couple days is very discouraging. It should be based on long term consistency not reset so easily
SCAM
I keep getting a bill for this service, that I didn’t sign up for and then had to set up an account to cancel. Twice. Despite that and repeated emails, they will not stop billing. Had to cancel & get a new card & bank is now looking into this.
