Went downhill with more use of AI
Loved this app for the first 3 months I used it then I subscribed for a year just before Jessica came on the scene. It might be recommended to bring the human back in the loop a bit as the quality of content (mispronouncing words most likely due to misspelling text being processed) has degraded significantly. No longer as happy as I was. 3 months ago I would have given a 5 star rating. Now a 2 is a stretch.

Attention: it’s not possible to cancel subscription
This is the worst experience ever. It is impossible to cancel your subscription after following all instructions to the letter. Keep getting messages “we’re unable to…”

I used it for a year. Great. Renewed. On renewal date my account locked & my email address not recognized. Support response:

A Excellent Image Development Tool
I love the system format and structure for the lessons. I look forward to doing my teaching on the app. The app really does make a big difference. I want to buckle down even more to get even better results.
