Hola, ya intentado contactarlos y el soporte no contesta, la app me ha gustado pero no sé cómo se activa el módulo de pronunciación no aparece por ningún lado, también quiero que las flashcards que agrego siempre se puedan jugar.

Not had a single notification come yhrough and cant figure out why or how to fix it. Waste of money.
No cancel option visible??
Impossible to find option to cancel my subscription. Currently on free trial but want to cancel, however I can’t locate in my list of subscriptions and when found in my App Library, selecting the icon o y takes me back inside the app…and The settings within the app provides no option for unsubscribing. Let alone any account detail. How do I unsubscribe please??

Less than impressed
Signed up for a year and have played with it for a couple of weeks. When notifications were on it was really annoying, dinging at odd times throughout the day. Better now that I check it on my schedule. AI voice is terrible and hard to understand.
Doesn’t send notifications
I paid for the year subscription and am immediately regretting it. It never gave me the option to turn on notifications and the app does not appear in my settings as in the list of apps requesting to send me notifications. I contacted the developers and have heard no response, which based off the other reviews seems typical. If I do not hear a reply within the next 2 business days I will be disputing the charge with my bank, as they cannot provide the services promised for an expensive subscription.

App keeps forcing close after the third time of me trying to open it and it closed on its own so I just deleted it. Also unless you’re willing to pay there’s no point of buying it because nothing is free you get one small lesson for free, after that all of them are locked

Stopped working after a week
Worked fine for a week, after that it suddenly stopped pushing new words, and I can’t add myself either. Basically became useless overnight.
App keeps force closing
It’s a very effective app, but it keeps force closing. I wish it will be more reliable, especially when you’re in the middle of a lesson and it foreclose just for you to open the back up and have to do the lesson all over again. Please fix this.bug
