Missing An Important Feature
The VOCOlinc smart plugs work great but an important feature that it is missing is the ability to have the outlet turn itself off after a preset time. I often use the plugs to turn on chargers or a fountain which I don’t want to have to remember to turn off. Other smart plugs can do this and VOCOlinc needs to implement this feature.

Nice When It Works
I have six of these units in my library. They all worked great for a while, but now only two respond. The display says most are off-line but the unit light is green and the lamps are on. I reset the router thinking that might be the issue but that doesn’t help. I have gone through other suggested steps but nothing changes. The library is the size of a three stall garage so they should not interfere. I just want it to work.

Good but needs more detail
User guides go missing, and sometimes they don’t cover everything. An explanation for each feature, particularly of the humidifier functions, would help.

I love this product only the bulbs keep losing connectivity with the app. Everyday, at least 1 of the 7 bulbs i am using does not work properly until i play around with it.

Everything has stopped working
