Initially, I thought having a receptionist was unnecessary because I could manage my calls myself. However, I am not VOCTIV. The accuracy, organization, and professionalism truly impressed me. Now, I no longer worry about missing appointments or meetings.

I have been trying to contact the company to uninstall this app. I don’t have an account and my calls are being answered and don’t know where the messages are going!

Really good and affordable
I’m an entrepreneur that found this app on accident. Does exactly the same as M1 (also an AI app) for about a quarter of the price. The only thing missing is customers being able to text and the AI captures the appointment. I named her Jade and she has helped me save at least 15 calls this month so far. No more missed appointments!

Best app ever
I highly recommend this app to everyone if you’re busy and having this on saves a lot of time and it’s also really good for businesses. The one thing that I’m not a huge fan of but I get it. It’s a really good app. Still just there is no free plan once you create your account you have two months And then after the two months you have to pay but otherwise the app is really good. Keep up the good work.

I’m using the free trial, but I cannot seem to activate my outbound reading. Is that because it’s the free trial? Same thing goes for texting back to send a custom text.

I’m just letting you know, if you think this would be helpful for you to filter your voicemails and have an AI receptionist for your voicemail box, it has essentially ruined my voicemail. I have unsubscribed and done everything I can and a robot is still answer my calls. I have done all I can to stop this because I have actually missed so many family emergency calls, had my calls forwarded to this AI answering service from my supervisor without my phone even ringing, and I cannot get rid of it. If you don’t have to mess around with your voicemail or have another solution just don’t do this

SO HORRIBLE .. misssed 53 calls the first day using it .. guys should focus on doing something else and hopefully you didn’t quit your daytime jobs yet
Easy to navigate
I am still making my decision, but this AI answering service is definitely in my top three choices. It is easy to use and the prices are very reasonable.
Cool feature
Loved the AI response. It made it easy to hear what callers needed and scheduled on my calendar for me. Got to play around with it for it to answer the way I wanted it to, but was pretty cool!
