Wouldn’t bother

Booked a taxi for 2015 hours on the app. When it didn’t show up, I rang Vokes, who told me it was booked for 2115.

I explained that I hadn’t booked it for that time and he replied that it’s a known glitch in the app!

If your business relies on you delivering a service to customers at a time your customers specify, why would you knowingly have an app that’s getting those times wrong and do nothing about it??!!

Amateur stuff.
