Booked a taxi for 2015 hours on the app. When it didn’t show up, I rang Vokes, who told me it was booked for 2115.
I explained that I hadn’t booked it for that time and he replied that it’s a known glitch in the app!
If your business relies on you delivering a service to customers at a time your customers specify, why would you knowingly have an app that’s getting those times wrong and do nothing about it??!!

Good app… but
The app is good if you want your taxi asap but if you want to pre-order I always put in the time it’s needed… but it doesn’t work 🙁 each time they send a txt to tell me it’s on the way so I have to ring them and cancel
