Awful app
Every time I need to use it it takes me through the log-in nonsense, so I have to put my email address and password in every time, it shouldn’t be this difficult, still, as long as you’re getting paid, why care about the users needs
Horrendous UX
Took over four attempts to set up account and register vehicle. I don’t know why Medway Council have changed providers again, but this is dismal. Not intuitive at all. I smell corruption!
Expensive
Don’t shop in Rochester any more, parking is really expensive. Use the out of town retail parks where it’s free.
Overcharged
Why was I charged for 4 hours and couldn’t amend it. I miss this car park being Ringo
