Hidden Costs? Account raided for extra!
Quote and charged by app £22 and the actual taxi cost £16, app now shows £17 so I suspect £1 for admin etc….even though it’s all automated with no admins. Why was my bank raided for £22? Unable to find anywhere in the app why or how this is broken down to justify a £5 raid. Be careful or just call to avoid what appears to be a money grab.

Worse customer service
Worse customer service ever. Called to report a driver and the person on the phone was very rude and dismissive. Imagine being rude to someone using your service after they were berated by someone you have representing your company.
Overcharged
This app overcharges when you pay online my ride was £8 and was charged £12 and never got the balance back this has happened to me on several occasions occasions it’s better to use cash than to use this app.

The app overcharges you ‘just in case’, and the drivers never turn up. Pay up front to secure a driver but no driver ever accepts. Waited half an hour for a taxi to the hospital despite call handler saying they were looking for a taxi to send and it would be 5-20 minutes. Cabs pick up fares through the app and then immediately drop them when it’s not enough money. Don’t bother.
