Phoned up taxi office at 12;30 said it will be half hour to 45 wait- which I understand because it’s a Saturday night- it gets to like 1:30 and still nothing. I call back on the app and man at office keeps saying he will be 4 minutes. So I wait and wait and still nothing, the time gets no nearly 2am I have no phone call or anything so I’m just waiting, I understand it’s busy but I had no call or nothing saying on way or is nearly here. I had to call up the office about 10 times. It was a joke, I hate to moan but it was annoying that I got no response from anyone.

Waste of money
Booked a taxi for my other half after work he was taken 20 mins away from destination. I have proof that he was picked up via text messages and I also have the name of driver and his number plate!! So not pleased about this I have work in 5 hours so no sleep yay just wanted my fiancé home so we can go to sleep but now I have to wait around and we can’t get a refund from previous driver!! We’ve had to book another!! Thank you Andrews!
