This app was good before and now is terrible, it doesn’t allow you to check in manually and to input the information for your documents by hand, is really a very bad inconvenience!!

Unable to pick luggage preferences. Charged for an item I did not need. I could not remove it and forced to do a check in with a purchase. Otherwise, I would not be able to do a check in on the application.
App Feedback
App developers I would like to give feedback on the scan document that's supposed to make it "easier" for app users to check in. The forced camera scan document to input your documents information is very broken/faulty and is causing frustation not only to myself but for hundreds of other customers. Please bring back the manual document input option. Mexico is charging a fee and or makes you buy a new flight to check you in at the front desk, this as a big airlines company reflects negatively big time.

It’s unacceptable that you are forced to download the app in order to check in.
Purchase
It’s incredibly frustrating that I was not able to move my seat after selecting one, without paying first, even though I changed my mind. The airline is forcing me to buy that seat or else they refuse to give me my boarding pass, even though there are plenty of other seats available. No other airline has ever done that, this is incredibly ridiculous and a rip off.

I have been traveling for the last 60 years. I have been around the world and have needed to call several airlines customer service. NEVER have I been treated more rudely not once but three times. I’ve been hung up on and NEVER have been treated this way. You NEED to know not only me but several other people who feel the same way. Why do you sell a ticket that you are supposedly able to change there flights. In the last month 3 different times your agents RUDELY TOLD ME NO. You should know how the agents work on the United States line.

Trying to download app
I have been trying for many days to download the app with no success. I go to try to tap the download button but an endless loading loop shows up. It’s quite frustrating because they charged me $15 to check in in person if you don’t have the app downloaded.
Easiest airline website!
This is my first time flying Volaris and I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing options and ease with adding a seat. I wish all airline websites were this straightforward and easy.
Precio de equipaje muy alto
Los precios son buenos en ocasiones lo malo es el equipaje demasiado alto exageran otras compañías las tienen en 40 las de 50 libras y ellos en 100 es demasiado y si compras un segundo equipaje es mas alto el costo
