I’m setting up my account and I’m on the outlook email page and it’s just grey. I’ve tried deleting logging out and restarting and still stuck.

Issues with the segmentation part.
Haven't been able to mark the areas that I want to canvass with a little pen. It doesn't appear to me the option. I have been given the updates and everything but nothing has happened. Apart from that, the app is super super super well. It functions really well. I really love how intuitive it is and how easy it is to use it.

Love this app so much! But…
I absolutely love all the improvements that have been made to it as time passes, especially the integration to Lightspeed. But why was the ‘Project Summary’ ai button removed from the projects in the ‘Projects Pipeline’? 😢 That was my favorite addition! It summarized changes done to a project and many times was the easiest way to find out the most important information on what was going on with the project and what might be holding it up. I really hope you reconsider adding it back, and making it available not just for the app on tablets and iPads, but for the phone apps too.
Another not is, when creating a new lead or appointment instead of the address, using GPS coordinates would be better. Sometimes addresses shown when pinning a house is incorrect or incomplete showing only the street and city not the house number and all the houses on a street will be blocked once a house on that street is pinned. The system entering lat/long coordinates instead of the physical address seems would solve this issue.
The other thing is that the Pipeline doesn’t show projects set, only closed. One has to go to comissions to see the true total that includes projects set. Aside from these details, this app is a masterpiece! Can’t wait to see the improvements that will continue to be added.

Too many glitches - not able to report issues
Training takes much longer than an hour and part of it is due to glitches in the app. And to make matters worse, there are no published alternate means of contacting tech-support.

Exceptional and Game-Changing!
The Volt app is absolutely amazing! It’s fast, visually appealing, and makes every part of the job so much easier. From scheduling to tracking progress, the features are intuitive and powerful. You can tell it was designed with real users in mind. Huge time-saver and a joy to use. Highly recommend!
Good but slow
Area doesn’t load leads are slow shows other teams but not mine sometimes.
Layers, uploads and task bar errors
This program is glitchy. From the layers included to the ability to mark off area for your team, it is difficult and there is no computer compatibility everything has to be done on the phone. Multiple times I have requested a fix for the homeowner task bar disappearing which then hides the data for CoreLogic. The data is not accurate for Leads and should be fed from LightSpeed and feeding LightSpeed but only tracks one way. Everything is very SLOW! Most of my team does not track or use the program because of frustration.

Invalid user error
I am an 1099 sales rep for Freedom and I’ve recently came across an Invalid user error every time I try to login into the volt app. Very frustrating.
Utility Bill uploads TAKE FOREVER with perfect service
Not sure where this is happening at but the utility bill takes so much time to upload when its a simple upload. Should not take this long. Have been waiting 45 minutes for a bill to upload. Tried screenshotting it to make the file size smaller, tried using wifi, tried airplane mode on/off, tried restarting phone. Still spinning circles like its trying to upload. (No reason one picture should take this long)

Loses data when adding for appointment
I have experienced instances where when I put the information for an appointment and I tap the name of the homeowner. It deletes all the info. Also when we’re looking for the homeowners info, for example, if I say Jose Martinez.

Not very time efficient or easy to use
I wish you could just drop a pin on a house instead of having to select the pin and then fill out several other questions and then you have to hit save which can load slowly and stall you knocking on the next door until it’s saved so you can resume using the app
Possible upgrade that could help make my job easier
You know what would be a great feature on volt… if it slows it down too much to populate my map with other peoples pins. Why not have an option to view the details of the “existing lead” ?? When I click on the location?

I have used many door-to-door apps none come close to having as much freedom to work as this one does this is the best app in the world thank you freedom forever thank you there is no reason to not use this app when working with freedom
Can’t re-assign canvass leads
When I go to move the cursor to edit the name of the assignee, the cursor just jumps to the end of my name making it impossible to reassign. Can’t delete my name either because it just automatically repopulates. This app is trash
