Good product, poor app.
Connected to wifi and successfully set the schedule. The next morning the app says it cannot connect to wifi but my router shows the device is still connected.
Useless
Idea is great however product and app are useless. App fails to connect to wifi. Most times Can’t ever find my wifi when trying to reconnect and when I finally get it to connect to wifi it can’t find the volt safe devise. You need to be connected to both wifi and Bluetooth to use the app with the devise
Canada is a cold climate and need to override a schedule at anytime. I would suggest making the product work on either Bluetooth or wifi not needing both

It's come a long way!
The App functionality has gone a long way since it's release. Looks like the developers have been listening to the feedback submitted by customers on the feature request page! Nice work :)

So so app, product is great, easy to install, The APP however just wont stay connected, always having to reconnect. Otherwise great product
Unable to connect to Wifi
Bought the plug at Canadian Tire hoping for good results. I did everything the app asked me to do and when it came to connect to my Wifi 6 router nothing. I even changed the settings for the 2.4 GHz signal to WPA 2 password only, switched it to legacy N only but still it won’t connect. If you have wifi router that is not Wifi 6 compatible but older an older style router than I think you should be ok. I will be returning the plug.
