Easy to use from a small business point of view
I have a small
Business and run 2 self catering holiday homes. Voltshare made EV charger installation and use very easy for us. Our charger is appreciated by customers and is hassle free to administer. Voltshare provide good signage and customer information too. We recently got our own EV, and now easily use the charger ourselves.

We have encountered no problems with the VoltShare app it is user friendly and very straightforward to use
Account created but unable to login
Created an account but unable to login, request password reset still unable to login after 4 attempts 😡

Easy to use and does exactly what you want from an ev app. Wouldn’t hesitate using them again
Useless
Don't bother with this ...hours spent messing around and couldn't get any charge from anything... scanner doesn't work not sure that the chargers on their system work either.
Awful in the extreme
Terrible app, can’t use Apple Pay, can’t copy & paste credit card details, can’t add Amex, error adding Mastercard, had to find a Visa card to use. Then charged £2.40 just to connect, as well as a £50 authorisation fee. Lost 20minutes of my life and thoroughly annoyed. Love EV’s but you can see why they get a bad name with awful apps like this!

If Carlsberg did apps
I just love it when an app does exactly what you want in a logical and intuitive way, nothing more and nothing less. I’m also really impressed by how Voltshare contact you straight away if they sense that you’re having problems. A perfect app and great customer support.
Great for my staycation at Lake District
Got back from Lake District for a holiday with kids that has quite limited number of charger points for public use. Hotel we stayed at installed their charger points thankfully. Their app kept us informed of state of charge and costs and sent confirmation of payment immediately. Very useful.
Love it. So simple and easy to use.
I’ve used their app and charger to charge my Porsche Taycan at my local golf club and can’t believe how easy it is to use.
I always need a charge every week as I don’t have a home charger. Once I finish my game, my car is all charged up and ready to go.
When I had questions about charging and called them up, the support staff were incredibly helpful. Could not recommend them enough!! xx

This is the worst ev app I have used
This app is terrible and it is clear that no one is spending any time improving the customer experience. Where do I start with this? Password reminder doesn't work, the app doesn't seem like it has been written for a mobile device. When there are so many decent ev apps and charging points out there why waste your time with this one?
