Keep it simple
Prefer to set my own charge times. Not interested in these Reward schemes.
For example for my vehicle,
one hour’s charge = 12% .
If my vehicle is at 44% l will set my charger for 3 hours to keep within the 20-80% recommended battery state.
Why over complicate things?

Terrible App
I have been made to change to Pod Home when the Pod Point App worked perfectly. I came back from holiday and needed to charge my car quickly- only to find that I had to input my own tariffs before it would let me continue. It is not Pod Homes business to know my tariffs- it makes no difference to my spending- but I could not charge my car until I had tried to fine them- very frustrating!! And now I can’t easily see if my car is charging- why change an app that wasn’t broken- the new app is not user friendly whatsoever- I bought from Pod Point, not Pod Home and I am not happy- this is not reliable enough for me to depend on it charging my car overnight- it is making having and EV much more difficult- when for the last 2 years I have had no issues - please go back to the old App- I worry for older people who do not like technology and who have to get used to a whole new app which is absolutely NOTHING like the old one- terrible, terrible APP- feel like I have been miss old a product!!

Rubbish
Two weeks of having this new app and my vehicle has not charged 3 times. The previous year and half my vehicle never missed a charge. Absolutely pathetic
Irritating app
I am continuously being asked to download pod home. Although I have done this multiple times. Also I cannot more cars. So does this mean I can only charge one car?
How can you get it so wrong
Don’t you read your reviews to understand you’re forcing people to go onto an “update” that’s far worse than the original
