Ok…ish this app is rather clunky and does not work reliably. I keep getting errors that prevent me from making new activity’s. A dark mode and a ui update would be nice
Easy to use!
The App is intuitive. It also maintains an accessible “time log” of education hours, volunteer hours, or what ever time metric that needs to monitored.
Please update to use face/touch ID
We use this app to track volunteer hours. It works, once you log in…just that logging in requires a username/password combo. Given the proliferation of platforms and programs that require this type of authentication, it becomes quite cumbersome, even with a password manager. Please update the app to use biometrics. Thank you.

Volunteer hrs vs. parent training sessions
It would be great that this app could differentiate between volunteer hours the parents did vs. the number of parent trainings they did to avoid any type of confusion.
Needs update
I wish TIF had the function to stay logged in or use biometrics (face recognition) when logging in. It is annoying to enter my password every single time.

We’re full time host this app makes it so much easier to enter our hours than using our laptop.
Integrate with smart automation
It would be great if the developers would integrate with iPhone smart automation! It would help with volunteers that forget to report their time and ones with accessibility issues!

I like how easy it is to use in the app. However, I like how you can see more if you go on the website. I wish the app would show more than it does.
Suggestion
They could improve it by allowing you to save your login email so you don’t have to enter it every time. Face recognition instead of password would also make it easier

I love this app for logging my hours and signing up for events. It is so much easier than doing it on the computer.
