I’ve emailed them, I used the link in the app, and yet, no success. So maybe when I’m able to delete my account, i’ll provide a real rating on the app.

Not great for organizers
I wanted a way to track volunteer hours. This puts the onus on the volunteer to remember to log in. I can’t add hours manually as an organizer. Deleted immediately.

Dates
Difficult to put in previous dates. Gets the years messed up.
Very Useful
I am using this for my high school interns. They earn a scholarship based on their number of service hours. The only downfall about this app is being able to have an overview of all member total hours. However, I do like that I can use metrics to see who has the most in specific time settings.

Are the developers actively monitoring this app or has it been abandoned? I’ve sent several emails requesting assistance with no response from anyone.

Does the job. Wish you could view hours by more set time frames (week, month, from date to date). This alone would make it SO much better
Deleting My Account
This app worked well but I’m now don’t have need for it anymore. When I tried to delete my account with the link it says to it bring me back to the app. I would like to delete my account please and thank you!

Ease of tracking volunteer hours as an organization and an individual is long overdue!
I really like the premise behind this app and it’s basic capabilities. Tracking the presidential volunteer service hours is a tremendous bonus. I would like to be able to edit events as an organization instead of deleting and re-creating them. I would love to have QR code capabilities (per organization and/or event) so that people can scan the QR code and be taken to the event and track their hours accordingly.
I haven’t gotten too far into this yet to see how volunteers and the events created work together and then log; however, this looks quite promising. Perhaps the ability to export data into another form either monthly or annually would be beneficial.

Very difficult to set up
I am giving it a 3. Star rating for now. I can’t set up my own organization. So a 3 pending if and when I get the issue resolved.

Solid app for free basic volunteer management
This is the best app I could find after searching for hours to find a free volunteer management software for my nonprofit. Although it doesn’t look very engaging, the app serves its purpose and for free you really can’t beat it. Definitely recommend checking it out!
Can’t work out why …,
App is saying I e fine an hour when recorded only an hour. Can’t see the details of the log (ie what I was going in that time)
Not User Friendly
No export to excel option. Also, “My Hours” tab doesn’t list date, just “# days ago”.
Please add ability to total hours - otherwise great!
This app is simple, easy to use, and highly recommended. Thank you to the designer! The one big shortcoming is that you can’t total hours. The data can be exported to a spreadsheet but the export format doesn’t pull all the information and trying to extrapolate totals for a given time period is extremely cumbersome. If functionality could be added within the app to provide total hours for each volunteer, and all volunteers collectively, for a selected time period, this app would be ideal. I would gladly pay a fee to have this functionality.
