Garbage
The cameras connection is complete garbage and customer service is non existent. Several years of trying to keep them going with loosing connection every other week and zero help with connection issues. Several cameras in the center of large city with zero connection issues with anything other than these POS cameras. Look elsewhere and cancel your monthly subscriptions!

On a call twice with support. Support is bad. They do not know what they are doing.
Inconsistent performance
The more I think about it, the more this is a 1.5 star versus 2… the app is mediocre at best, the performance of the camera is so inconsistent it’s frustrating even on a good day! The customer service is 4.5/5 stars via Facebook messenger - they are quick to respond and helpful, but the product overall is just bad. Video and picture requests often fail, the app is slow and clunky. Simply pit, I cannot recommend this product.

Not great
My husband and I of course need shared access. Having a very difficult time. It worked perfectly at first then one app started showing no camera is attached but still sends notifications the chat line employees are asking repetitive questions that have been answered rather than addressing the problem. Very disappointed. I could have bought a deer cam much cheaper that would have done the same job

Camera fails to activate even when sensitive is high. App fails to run and says app failed all the time

Need a lot of improvement
I have a Vks camera . The camera can’t even detect from 35 ft but it will detect everything within 35 ft even if I have only human detected . Now I adjusted the settings a lot but it stopped notifying me but will show the snap shot on the app. If I need to a snap shot right away it will take over minute to generate. It’s not reliable for deter of criminal . More like oh let me see if something happened yesterday. I have a reolink . Device and app works much better .

Great until they weren’t
Bought 4 cameras, first year was great! Then came the weird billing the cameras not working and still being billed and the plans all showing as expired when I tried to cancel but those charges still hitting my accounts. I tried calling, chatting, nothing works. They are still charging me months later!!! Don’t fall for the scam of these guys.

System needs lots of work
Camera worked during the free trial now that I’m paying for a plan it won’t take a single photo or even respond to photo requests from the app. Definitely would not recommend spending the money on this junk system.

I bought the two pack of the v150 cameras, I knew it required a subscription as does everything now a days. I didn’t realize that each camera you add requires its own subscription.

The v4 of iOS app is not working. Have been with tech support for over an hour. I will probably have to travel 80 miles to climb poles to reinstall the cameras into the app. ( I have one 300 and 4 V150 cameras

I have 4 and I am getting more
I bought two cameras to try them out on a couple customs I was building. They save me so much time by allowing me to know job site conditions and activity without having to drive across town to physically check on a job. I can see if my subs have reported to the job and track progress remotely. This has allowed me to scale my company without having to hire another employee. Worth every penny. The battery lasts like they say and the HD feature is really nice to capture more clarity when needed.
I had to buy an antenna to boost signal at a couple sites but that’s to be expected. Great product I am a happy customer.
