AI Slop.

I didn’t even make it into the app. A full screen card denies access to the app unless location access is granted, while spinning a carousel of poorly generated AI images.

This is a thinly-veiled, half-baked attempt at gathering even more personal data while offering than shiny trinkets in return.

You have to share phone location to view anything

Can’t view anything or pick location on map, you have to be in the area, and allow this app to view your location. Sketchy

There is great simplicity in simply saying "which restaurant is better ignoring price".

I will say the voting process with this app is interactive and kind of fun compared to the standard five-star ratings with Yelp and other apps.

It relies on people actually voting

In cities where few users contribute,the list naturally takes a bit longer to mature. But when it works. It just works. And I’m glad it’s independent, and not just another TripAdvisor

Good idea but implementation needs refining

As other reviews stated, it is an interesting idea but registration is needed unlike what the dev says, and there is still some work to be done regarding the interface and how it works.

Meldungsflut und kaum Inhalt

Man kann zwar die Karte anzeigen, für die essenziellen Funktionen nervt aber ständig die Meldung, dass man einen Account erstellen soll - da könnte man mehr Funktionen ohne Accountzwang anbieten. Zudem hat die App so gut wie null Restaurant-Bewertungen, was das ganze Konzept etwas nutzlos macht. Ich gebe der App aber nochmal eine Chance und schaue in so einem halben Jahr nochmal rein. Vielleicht gibt es dann mehr Inhalt.

No use

Some promise. Location access and login are required. It’s really just a personal ranking app, there are no social features and you don’t see anyone else’s rating. Also the location bubble is too small, I live very close to my city center but it just keeps asking me to rank my neighborhood taco trucks, chains, and gas stations. No way to expand my bubble to include the restaurants I visit. It feels like I’m feeding data into a machine rather than getting any discovery benefits or recommendations.

Phenomenal App, clean design and intuitive experience

For anyone looking to explore restaurants in their area this is awesome.

From someone who‘s only used google maps so far, I love the simplicity.

The rating system one of the highlights. Its super quick to rate and for sure way more fun and interactive
