AVOID! Faulty Tracking Platform & Non-Existent Customer Support
When VoucherCloud first launched it was amazing! Sadly, no more.
VoucherCloud has failed to introduce a robust tracking system, meaning the majority of purchases do NOT track, so they don't pay out. Online reviews confirm a much higher failure rate compared to other cashback and reward platforms. My suspicion, and that of many others, is that VoucherCloud keeps the cashback from the merchant without passing it onto customers. Essentially, fraud.
The Customer Support department refuse to help. Whoever manages this division of the company has clearly no moral compass.
And when the Customer Support form on their own website doesn't even work, you know this is a company to avoid!

Not working
The app has stopped working and nothing yet after a year being fixed!
Really poor functionality - rewards do not track
Voucher cloud is really poor quality. It does not track any activity so you will unlikely recieve any reward without a lengthy follow up with customer services.
Search broken
Can click through to offers from the homepage but when I click on offers from search results I get an error every time. Makes it impossible to find anything specific.
Reward promised but never received
Used this app when making a large purchase from Dunelm, but although shows as activated, reward is never received - so really just a waste of time, and space on my phone.
Rarely used now
I used to use it now & again a long time ago, but as other reviewers have mentioned, deals advertised nowadays are mainly marketing offers, such as free delivery over £50, for example (which the retailer offers as standard). Also, for some time now, the search function consistently throws up an “error please try later” despite me deleting & reinstalling the app.

Avoid, unless you have spare time you are looking to waste
I have been chasing Voucher cloud for a year now, and they are still telling me "You can rest assured that I am still investigating this case and am looking into a solution for you. Once I have more information I will contact you."
12 months, and they are still messing me around. It's basically a scam as far as I can tell, and I would suggest you don't waste your time with this useless shower of time wasters

Totally disgrace

Used to be good now just used to market Tastecard and Gourmet soc
This used to be decent for finding offers at places to eat or drink.
Now all it does is advertise Taste Card or Gourmet Society accepting outlets.
So pretty useless now. Have deleted the app

Full of non offers
App should prevent companies posting non offers such as “book now to dine in at pizza express” or “ check out the new dipping sauces” these aren’t offers or discounts, but makes it look like they have offers when searching! Ridiculous
Pay up front for discounts!!??
Restaurant Discounts if you pay £35 per year to taste card! No thanks. Deleted.
Keeps crashing
It was a fab app that I used to use regularly, however it always seems to crash before I’m able to find any offers

I’ve used this app for two years and it’s saved me a fortune on meals out. Try it it really works.
Almost perfect
To make it perfect, add a back button. When I’ve selected an offer, I can’t go back to look at the others, it takes me to the main menu. I then have to search for the same retailer again.
WHY
Sometimes when you go to enter the competitions you can Other times you are asked to sign in Really very annoying It didn’t used to be like that

Claiming a gift card
I used them to take advantage of an offer which involved me paying over £45.00 and receiving a gift card, once the company had acknowledged my purchase. The link came through to click & claim so I tried.. nothing.. advice was use a laptop or a computer so I tried.. nothing .,,so after several times trying to retrieve my Gift Card I gave up. Now it’s even harder to unsubscribe..., Is it just me. But won’t be using them again. Sorry ...

I have just recently download this app. I wonder if anyone has actually won any of the competitions, as it seems to to easy to enter them. Reading allot of reviews and none say they have won anything. 4 stars on how easy this app was to sign up for and seems like allot of discounts available. hope I win some thing.....I could really do with a bit of luck lately. good luck to everyone else too.

Useless app
Most offers are for restaurants, fast food and delivery services. In store options are spread 150 miles apart although location services are on. Deleted the app.
Great discounts
This app always has great discounts, especially on food at any restaurants that are part of a chain.
