Aufnahmen lassen sich nicht mehr aufrufen obwohl sie noch laufen. Ist echt doof wenn man sich drauf verlässt und dann die ganze Aufnahme nicht gestoppt und konvertiert werden kann.

Started a trial subscription and didn’t like the app so I deleted my account. I got charged for the subscription and tried to log back into the app. I don’t have the account and I lost $50 bucks. I emailed twice and no one has responded to me

Had high hopes after free trial
After a successful trial with the app, I bought the yearly subscription. I managed to record 5 meetings to get useful notes which was awesome. Then after a week, meeting recordings stopped uploading and I had the never ending doom spin of the wheel…recordings were no longer being uploaded.
I tried to sign out then back in again, this lost all of my recordings. So if you’re able to download any notes prior to doing this, you’ll save yourself a massive headache.
I am thankful I was issued a refund after reporting the above, so thank you 🙏 I’m now able to try another app to help me.
