Inoperable
Tried numerous times to register on App. Keep getting network error notification. Have a Tophorse Note 1 Ai recorder. Will have to return if app issue not resolved.
Does not work.
Keeps saying error. Garbage.

I have been using the AI Recorder “TopHorse” since 20 October 2025. It was indeed performing outstanding until around the 28 October when I couldn’t sign in to the app. I have looked for a website and I can’t find it. I have tried several things, like shutting down the phone and restarting it, deleting the app and reinstalling it, even called the client support and they couldn’t help me. I am hoping that the app owner reaches out to help me so that I can get access to the app and be able to access my recordings. If I don’t hear from the app owner I will have to return the AI Recorder and loose my recordings.
