App not recognizing my info
I’ve been able to sign in to my account on the computer but the app tells me the username or password is incorrect. When I go to the “find my account” option, it says the information I entered is not recognized. I called Voya customer service and the information I put in is definitely correct but they were unable to tell me why the app isn’t recognizing it.

Easy to use app
This app is easy to use.
Expenses
Super easy app to use. I was able to submit my expenses in less than 5 minutes!
I like the option to pay payees
But I don’t like the fees, so I won’t be using it.
Frustrating
Had to pay back some disallowed items which I tried to pay by my linked bank account, it showed I payed? But didn't take away the balance
I have been submitting receipts to pay the balance, my card is locked for items for under 90 dollars? It's now met.

SO EASY TO USE!!!

Painful App
Slow to load each screen, and no way to group expenses into one payment. Each little expense requires so many steps, and agreement for the umpteenth time to the same disclaimer

There should not be a user fee of $3.50 every month. Other HSA vendors do not charge monthly fees. Should show balance decline as transactions for reimbursement are processed.

Cumbersome
This app is screaming to be updated! Have spent way too much time attempting to complete a simple task - filing a claim - and I think the old paper filing method would have been faster. Not a fan, but what can you do about it?!

I was able to easily navigate this app, verify recent transactions, and contribute to it from my bank checking account.

This app is great. I am glad that it works pretty fast and allows for me to pay my child care providers quickly.

The app is ok. My issue is with Voya and the hidden monthly fee of 3.50. This is how they treat their employees. Never again

Not functional and super confusing
The app is AWFUL. When I called customer service, they even advised me not to use the app because it was too confusing and to only use the website. I’m sure it doesn’t matter what I say since people don’t have much of a choice if their employer selects to use Voya. However, please get it together for the sake of your customers Voya.
