Bad frame
My frame stop working after a couple of months after using it. It turns on but it only shows the logo. I was looking for a reset button but no luck, now I just have a frame with light.

Randomly stopped working
It was great for a year and then randomly stopped working. I’ve followed all the soft and hard resets. It turns on and then just stays on the welcome screen “smart digital photo frame” in the app it says “frame not connected” nothing happened with my WiFi.
Love the Frame
I’ve had my frame for many years and all of a sudden it stopped taking picture uploads I’ve tried deleting the app on my phone and reinstalling it and now I would like to factory reset my photo frame, but I need to get all the pictures off of the frame and I have had no luck getting in touch with anybody for help.

The large screen size and bright screen make it a show stopper and conversation starter in our home. The motion sensor is also a great feature!

Show duplicates and how to delete them
Good App
The one thing about this I don’t like, is after sending photos, there is no way to see what photos you have added to the frame. Frame doesn’t live with me, so I can’t always remember what photos have been sent. Otherwise the app and frame are great
There is no way save back to phone
There is no option to save back your phone the photos already uploaded, which is is not good since it goes to default built in chip. Wish they can fix it option to save to cloud. This is feature is a much!
