I love putting pictures on this frame they do so well and look amazing. I’d buy again.
Missing option
Would be helpful to scroll backwards to get a second look at a picture. My daughter’s brand allows that

Easy to send photos to photo frame, easy to understand directions and options of photo layout.
Difficult to delete photos
It’s pretty easy to add photos. I love I can add descriptions. It’s difficult to delete photos though. I’m still trying to figure out how to remove a picture of my son’s ex-girlfriend.

Excellent fidelity and sharpness of detail. I would like to know if all the songs I have downloaded on there how many can it hold? How many photos before I have to use a memory stick?

Memories on Display
I love walking by and seeing all my photos in one place. No more buying frames and trying to find someplace to put them. No more photos shoved into an album that will be forgotten. All our memories are on display all the time. And I love that it can be set to turn in and off.
Worked amazing for awhile…
Worked amazing for awhile. The app was functioning as normal…. Now the app won’t send my photos through to the frame anymore. Frame is on and says it’s still connected and active…. But it won’t process through. Gotta be a bug.
After Reset Nothing Works
Tried getting ahold of their customer service and no one ever gets back to me! For the price I paid for this thing a few years ago, I need it to work! Followed instructions or screen several times and still can’t see photos on the device but it says “successfully added” when adding in app. When I go to “My Frame”, “Users”, click on my photo it keeps saying “No Photos Found”. Customer Service please get back to the consumers!!!!

Bad frame
My frame stop working after a couple of months after using it. It turns on but it only shows the logo. I was looking for a reset button but no luck, now I just have a frame with light.

Randomly stopped working
It was great for a year and then randomly stopped working. I’ve followed all the soft and hard resets. It turns on and then just stays on the welcome screen “smart digital photo frame” in the app it says “frame not connected” nothing happened with my WiFi.
Love the Frame
I’ve had my frame for many years and all of a sudden it stopped taking picture uploads I’ve tried deleting the app on my phone and reinstalling it and now I would like to factory reset my photo frame, but I need to get all the pictures off of the frame and I have had no luck getting in touch with anybody for help.
