Simple to install, use. But not for me

On 11/05/23, I had tried this app and I could not connect to a server in the United States. At that time I asked to cancel my subscription through the app. An email requesting cancel was sent. I am now being billed twice for this app. Please refund my money from 11/5 and now.

I tried this app to let my wife watch an NFL game that can’t be streamed to our location. I was surprised to see that this app didn’t connect successfully to the one server in the United States. I had hoped to see sever server locations in the US at different cities.
