Simple to install, use. But not for me

On 11/05/23, I had tried this app and I could not connect to a server in the United States. At that time I asked to cancel my subscription through the app. An email requesting cancel was sent. I am now being billed twice for this app. Please refund my money from 11/5 and now.

I tried this app to let my wife watch an NFL game that can’t be streamed to our location. I was surprised to see that this app didn’t connect successfully to the one server in the United States. I had hoped to see sever server locations in the US at different cities.

Dosen’t reflect my needs. Forgot why uninstalled it after first try. On second try charged me with weekly subscription of 6 usd which is too high for this kind of app and for being slow.

When I first installed it - it was perfect, but now I can’t connect to Ukrain server :(

It’s was only one vpn that worked for me and now its just joined to others vpns that not working for me

I connected to the vpn and my internet speed noticeably went down I couldn’t even load a webpage after I deleted the vpn my internet went back to normal so basically if you don’t pay for the subscription you won’t be able to use the internet
