I payed for a free month and they kept on taking the money out of my bank even after i cancelled the payment
still getting charged for this app that i unsubscribed with
i keep getting charged $9.99 even after i canceled my subscription i would not recommend this app i havent had it in a while up until now so i can try to figure out why it keeps charging me but theres nothing and no one i can call or talk to so again DONT GET THIS APP NOR PAY THEY WILL TAKE YOURE MONEY EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED

I used this vpn maybe once or twice with payment, I can’t figure out how to end my payments. I’ve tried logging in to different accounts and it doesn’t work. Got charged $20 it’s declined so I got charged $10 instead? Don’t think that’s how that works.

I downloaded this app because it was listed as an offer through True Finance where I was supposed to receive reward points after signing up. I paid the $9.99 subscription but never received the promised reward.
When I contacted True Finance, they told me the issue was on VPN Lumos’s end. I then tried to contact VPN Lumos directly, but the support email address appears to be invalid (“address not found”) and they have not responded to messages sent through the app.
Right now I’ve paid for a subscription tied to a promotion that was never honored, and there seems to be no working way to contact the company for support or a refund. This experience feels very misleading and frustrating.
Until the company provides proper support and resolves issues like this, I would be very cautious about downloading or paying for this app.

This app’s free trial is a scam
I was charged the amount of a weekly plan for a 3 day trial free period.
I clicked onto the 3 day free trial and I received a upi mandate that would debit the amount after the 3 day free trial period was over. But, guess what? The amount was debited and now it shows subscribed for a week.
Like where did the 3 days free trial go???? Why was i charged for the free trial? I need a refund asap!
