This app is absolute GARBAGE!

Honestly, I thought i could trust this, but this is unacceptable. When i tried to log in using my other account i already created, it was an error and it said i couldn’t log in, they didn’t even send me instructions on what to do if i couldn’t log in, Now after I canceled my subscription using the support feature, just to find out i’m STILL getting charged after 2 weeks of cancellation request. (It got approved) This is pure garbage! Fix your app because I would give this a ZERO, if i could. disgusting service.

Extensive range of locations and high speeds

I have been using this VPN for almost a year and the super extensive list of locations definitely makes it really effective. You can go to different locations to maximize your streaming compatibility while this also means you can connect to nearby locations for maximum speeds. One thing though is that it might not work if you’re on a school WiFi as it could be whitelisted.

I tried the free trial which was really bad and then i tried canceling which is nearly impossible on their site and then it made me pay full subscription really bad service!

Disruption

This is disrupting my usage of apps, and keeps messing up my phone. I can’t use any other, and so I have to delete and install the app multiple times to get it to work right even for a minute.

Everything is so bad

To log in, you must register (for example, with AppleID), and then pay for a subscription, you can't do without it.
And yes, in order to enter, you still need to turn on another VPN, otherwise it does not load

You want the worst vpn with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They were charging me $12.99 a week $52 a month. When I signed up that isn’t even an option. I l asked for a refund and they said nope kick rocks.

Hace un día active la aplicación y funcionó pero dejo mi teléfono completamente sin internet al principio pensé que era un problema con mis datos porque funcionaba ni una sola aplicación así que decidí entrar en configuraciones y quitarle el acceso a internet a la aplicación VPN y al perder conexión mi internet funcionó de nuevo totalmente normal. Este problema solo me a pasado una vez

Do not use, forced subscription

I was looking at different VPN’s on store whilst I was traveling and downloaded this to check it out. I’m very careful when downloading apps and never saw or agreed to a subscription. (I assume as I signed in using my Apple account, it took payment method via this) I noticed the weekly 8.99 GBP per week debiting my account 2 months later. Very unhappy about this as I have lost money on something I never wanted. Most likely won’t get a refund so avoid this at all costs. Not sure what VPN costs this much.
