The railway system was a bit confusing since its new to me. But the app made purchasing and changing tickets pretty easy.

I had to cancel the booking due to incorrect data and I just used the chat interface for help and it was addressed quickly. The app is better than any call center. Service response is next to none.

Good app
Hi, your app is ok, it's quiet easy to find train and works very well. Apple pay is what this app is missing, type the card number every time I buy ticket is awful as the app doesnt remember the card even when there is an option to save the card for later. Please work on this detail and the app will be great.

Can’t sign in
I had this app on a previous phone. On new phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max) downloaded the app and tried to sign in and just get an error message every time. Tried creating new user with different email - same result. An error message every time! I was hoping to purchase tickets before arriving in Finland so disappointed!

Easy to use
I travel a lot through Europe by train. This App is one of the best I have seen so far. It is easy to use, all information is only a few clicks away and the user experience is great. Other train operators should take this app as an example of good and digital customer service.
Have never seen UI this confusing
If you try to buy a ticket from Helsinki to Turku the app says the trip takes 3 hours and you need to do one switch. I arranged alternative transportation since I thought the direct route was temporarily closed. Later I learned that the direct route is still operational. It’s just that instead of Turku I need to pick Kupittaa (Turku) as my final destination. This was impossible to figure out with the app alone. There is some confusingly written small print about this when buying the ticket but definitely not something a normal user would notice.

Super app
A great app. Can buy tickets, follow route, change your seats, cancel and edit and even buy meals. App like this makes it much smoother to travel by train.

Sovellus toimii hienosti mutta nimi on todella hankalasti valittu : jos etsii rautatie-hakusanalla tai VR (virtual reality…) ei mitään mahdollisuutta löytää. Pakko hakea ensin netistä appsin nimi. Olisi kiva jos Valtion Rautatiet tms löytyisi ? Ulkosuomalaiset kiittää.

Useful and Precise
This VR app makes commuting between cities and towns so easy! It has a nice layout and it works really well. You can check the different timetables, buy your tickets (normal, student, +pet, +bike, etc) and be wherever you need to be, on time. Very reliable. I use it daily.

Great app
Nicely designed app. The only thing is that it’d be nice to be able to change the seat for a booked ticket from anywhere in the app where you can see your assigned seat. Instead of the blue pop saying ‘change in Change Seat section’ which is impossible to find in the app.

Great app, only Apple Pay missing
Application looks and works great. Unfortunately support for Apple Pay is missing and it is necessarily to add payment card manually.

Can’t add a ticket purchased through the website to view on the app- there should be an option to input a confirmation number to view website bought tickets on the app.
