Request for Explanation and Refund for Nonfunctional Video Service
I paid $50 for this service, but none of the videos will load or play. When I downloaded the app, it was advertised as offering limited access to video creation. However, now I can’t even access the videos, and I’m being asked to pay again to purchase coins to create more videos.
I honestly don’t understand what I paid $50 for if the service doesn’t work as expected. This is very disappointing and misleading. I expect the service I paid for to work properly without requiring additional payments just to access its main features.
I would appreciate an explanation of what my $50 payment covers and a solution to this issue. If the service cannot provide what was promised, I expect a refund.

Ruim
Não entrega o que promete. Apresenta muitos erros e cobra pelos resultados errados. Cobra assinatura e moedas. Não vale a pena. É um grande engano. Já fiz reclamações para Apple e não recebi reembolso.
Interessante
As moedas vão rápido.
Worth trying
A very fun AI effects app with a simple and easy-to-use interface. I like the creative effects it offers, which can quickly turn ordinary photos into more stylish and unique creations. Some details in complex images still need improvement, and I hope future updates can enhance the stability and add more templates. Overall, it’s a great app worth trying.
