Great cause and concept but poor user experience
I like the cause and ethos of the company but purchasing experience was poor.
Wallet top up was easy
Added items to my subscription for next day delivery - no email confirmation and this would be useful feature to have
Later I was instead sent a refund without explanation of why my order was cancelled
After contacting the team on WhatsApp I was told my delivery location is not serviceable - again this information needs to be clear on the website / app to avoid complete waste of time
