Terrible App
It is impossible to add a payment method if you’re traveling from the United States. They use some sort of weird double check system that never seems to work. Also once you buy a ticket, there are no weekly tickets available. Very tourist unfriendly. All he can do is buy a four pack of tickets, but when you use them you have to enter all the data as if you’re buying a new ticket every single time and it’s very confusing because it looks like it’s going to charge you, but once you add it to the basket the cost is actually zero euros. Again, a terribly designed app that fails at its most basic function.
