Works Great for Women!!

I feel like normally these apps are catered more towards men, but it gave me a great analysis and it gave me a workout routine based on what I actually want to work on. P.S. the AI physique coach is great touch, I told it I didn’t like barbell exercises and it gave me alternatives!!
