Horrible, says it works offline. Nope
The app is almost useless, first it won’t connect if you have forgot to log out on another platform , then it says I can use 2 devices at a time, for an account but this is not true. If I open on mac. I can't open on mobile. Then if it's not connected to web with good signal it doesn't save. .which make on site service impossible. Very slow! Not to mention the quickbookks sync that quickbooks said they are no longer dealing with Vtiger as An Integration

A half dozen years ago, you might have been able to get away with not having a functional mobile app as long as you had a well designed, responsive web UX. Certainly you had to have one or the other. vTiger has *neither* - and its well into 2019. The web UX is completely unusable in a mobile context and the iOS app is absolutely horrible. It’s very sad. The platform (vTiger) is very good and has been for years. But the lack of *any* focus toward mobile users will be its undoing.

Can’t see notes fields when typing on iPad
So another update but this issue has not been resolved. On an iPad when adding notes, the notes field and others get hidden by the on screen keyboard so totally impossible to type anything. The screen used to and should scroll up to the top half of the screen to allow full editing! Please fix...
Since the last update the notes fields are hidden behind the keyboard on iPad. The screen should resize or move up to allow this field to be visible. Please resolve ASAP as it’s frustrating and you are typing blind!!!

No longer works with community edition
You know, I bought this app for two different user accounts, a while ago, for our community installation, and now you guys have made this only available for vtiger online. Very displeased!
Finicky
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It freezes ALL THE TIME. I’m required to check in to facilities that I visit so my management team can see where all I go... half the time I cant check in because the app freezes. This is not a user friendly app. I hope my company finds a better method of tracking our whereabouts.

Upon initial download and sign in the application works great.
Once the app is closed there is a white screen and you can't load it.
User must delete the app and reinstall and sign in to use.

Great fast app but the business card scanner should be removed until it actually works.
Almost perfect
Great app. Almost. 2 missing stars for missing 2 extremely important functions. Ability to create invoices and quotes. As a small business owner many times we need to be able to create a invoice or a quote on the spot at a customer site.
