Hasn’t worked in over a month, keep getting the same run around…. We’re working on it… should be fixed soon
Could be better
It’s great when it works. I have only been able to use it half the time I have had it because the app has so much trouble not working. I’ve had it for 4 months and honestly the app has worked half the time. When they get the app together it would be worth it. And is almost impossible to reach customer service when the app is like this.

Zones not working
Zone notification entry and exit did not return after the hack. They worked for one day then stopped. Tech support said unplug the unit then plug it back in. That didn’t work. This is beyond frustrating and clearly an issue on Vyncs end that has not been fixed
Customer Service
Some how I was logged out and now can’t log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app, nothing. I’ve called numerous times and a recording answers then just hangs up after making selection. I’ve tried online tech support and of course, error! I’m stuck with a system you can’t use.
Terrible experience
I can’t access my account, support is never available, and whenever I try to leave a message for support, I always get an error.
No support
I have been having trouble with the device. It constantly shows buffering and the page and trips don’t open. Only buffering. I’ve turned my phone or tablet off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that doesn’t work. I only purchased this device less than 30 days ago. When I purchased from you previously I didn’t have a problem. I can’t find a phone number for real world tech support. Please assist.

Stopped working after 4 Mo
My app has been completely bugged for the last 3 weeks straight. What’s the point of paying for fleet services when I have no idea where my fleet is?
App has not worked for 4 weeks!
The app has not worked for 4 weeks. There has not been any communication from the company or details on how we will be compensated for this outage. Very disappointing!

Failed during a very important time
This app failed for several days. Unfortunately it was a very critical time for my family and you need to was during a trip. We received no explanation as to the failure. I was very disappointed.
Slow app
The app keeps locking up. It’s not logging trips or speed or curfew notifications.
Difficult installation process and cumbersome app

System outage, poor customer support
I have been a member for several years. They recently suffered a system wide collapse rendering devices inoperable. They offer no compensation to customers nor do they offer any way to contact them. Check socials yourself for numerous customer complaints

Very Satisfied
I have put the device on my teenage son’s car and get alerts if he drives away from his usual route of school, library, taekwondo studio and my mother’s home from the app on my phone. I joined the places on his regular route on a map and I did not even care to make a circle. Yet the app alerts me when my son leaves the zone or enters it. Also, I can see his speeding zones. All of it just with an annual subscription fee.

Bombs out
Can scan barcode but can’t verify. The app errors out and exists redownloaded 2 times same error can’t even log into my account it exits
Stopped working
Hacked? About a week ago we started receiving weird message notifications from the app regarding Epstein and no kings. Bizarre. Then the app stopped working. Won’t let us login, or reset login or anything. No response from their website chat. The corporate phone number hangs up on you. Trash. Beware.
