Ridiculously way off on size
I have typically worn a 36A, sometimes 34B, depends on the brand. The first scan came back with 34C. I doubted it's accuracy, so I rescanned two more times. Those two both came back with 34DD. 🤣 I know for a fact that is not even close to the size of my breasts. I really did hope this app would work, unfortunately it's just another failed attempt at "AI"

Please help! This app worked great for me. I’ve lost weight and want to resize, but the app doesn’t work. Please advise.
Perfect
For years as my weight changed both increased and decreased , I would never find the correct bra size… I had lost weight and needed to get this right . I downloaded the app, I did the scan three times, twice it came up with the same size , the third time it gave me my sister size(if you don’t know what that is you’ll never find the correct bra). And I must say, perfection . Thank you for finally coming up with this amazing app…

App not working anymore?
Love the concept of the app and the app itself. The first time I used the app I went to get fitted in person after just to see how accurate it was and received the same size!
That was about a year ago, today I went to use the app again and it said “Page Not Found”. I looked to see if there was an update but there was none. Hope this gets fixed soon as this is such an easy and convenient way to get measured.

Absolutely impressed!
I am actually shocked. I have been trying on bras in stores for the last few weeks with no luck at all. Nothing fits well. I decided to give this Wacoal app a try really not holding out much hope at all. The size that was recommended was a little larger than I usually buy so I was a little skeptical of that. I decided to go with the top two recommendations in the size recommended and let me tell you- I am about as excited about a bra as one can get. They aren’t just ok fitting bras. They are excellent. I don’t think I have ever had two better fitting bras. I would highly recommend using the app and giving the recommendations a try. It sure worked for me. Thank you Wacoal! I will most likely be forever customer.

Not working
I try to refit myself, because the last one I did was more than a year ago. When I tap on “fit myself again,” I get a “page not found screen.”
Neat concept, poor execution
The idea is really neat. I found the experience using the app fun and easy. I was given my size (different than what I would normally buy, but must women wear the wrong size) and purchased. The cup size was off and now I need to do a return.

Totally accurate, and a very easy experience. Everyone who wears a bra should regularly be re-assessing size and fit, and this app makes that possible ✨
This App is Amazing!
I was a person who’s thinking about bras are “uncomfortable thing”. Now I know bras I had were uncomfortable because of incorrect size. This app is very helpful to find a RIGHT fit bra for you, and if you are a person like me, now you are gonna find bras to wear! This app totally changed my stereotype of bras. Thanks. :)

Scan fails
Scan continually fails on iPhone 13 pro max
I thought the good reviews were fake… BUT.
So I thought all the good reviews had to be fake, because I thought to myself no away this app can measure me correctly specially the way they do it..
I couldn’t find my body measuring tape and I really wanted to order a strapless bra from Amazon for a dress I will be wearing for my baby shower. I had no clue what bra size I am, I normally don’t wear a bra lol, anywaysssss I gave this app a try they sized me as a 38DD (I thought to self “NO way I’m that size”)
So I went to Amazon ordered the bra and sure enough it fits perfect. I’m truly surprised this worked. Thanks for making this app!😊

Poor results for plus size
I used the app because My 44H Wacoal bras were getting snug.
I watched the how to video and followed all the steps, and the app told me I was a 40D. I haven’t been that size in at least a decade.
This was a total waste of my time.

So much easier than trying to measure myself- faster, too. Also love that they provide both size and style recommendations which made updating my bra drawer super simple.

This app has literally made me so happy! I’m clueless when it comes to my size and I’m too lazy (and embarrassed) to go in and get measured. I used this app and it gave me a *new* size to try. The bras arrived and fit great! I’m tellling everyone about it! Thanks for the amazing service, wacoal!
Easy and precise
Tried this on a whim before a wedding so I could order a strapless bra. Recommendation fit like a glove and the strapless stayed up for 4hrs of dancing!

This app is amazing! It really works and gave me my exact size! It was so easy to use and didn’t take that long. They ask very simple questions and give good picture examples to give the best answer to find the best size and bra! I highly recommend!
Disappointed but not surprised.
I wanted this to work so badly. Unfortunately, the sizing was wildly inaccurate. When I got my results, I knew they were wrong but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt— maybe Wacoal has different sizing. I ordered the size given. Yo be sure, I went to a department store to try on the same bra I’d ordered and my intuition was correct. I only wish I could cancel my order before it ships to save the hassle of a return.
