I received a note when downloading the WAGZ app the appliance and website is no longer available. Is this information accurate?
Do not buy
Product is spotty at best. Customer service will not answer or reply to emails to allow you to cancel service. I have to stop payment on my card. It’s basically a scam.
Terrible Customer Service
I purchased this collar system for my dog 2 months ago. It worked great for 1 1/2 months then it completely stopped working. It says it’s offline even though my internet is fine and the batteries on the device are charged. I called and also emailed the company everyday for 2 weeks and never got a response! I’ve tried everything on their troubleshooting page and nothing works. Unfortunately I’ll have to cancel my subscription with them and accept I’m out about $300! Please do not buy this product! Save your time and money.

These collars used to work great. They haven’t been working right for over a month now. I have been trying to get in touch with support for a month now with no luck. At this point I just want a refund.

DO NOT BUY
After hearing from many other customers, it seems like the last software update “broke” many of the essential collar functions. There is 0 health data being transmitted anymore or notifications being sent- it tracks location (poorly) and nothing else.
Too many false alarms
Doesn’t work half the time. Stopped tracking my dogs data about 3 weeks ago. The worst part is it gives so many false positives when my dog is clearly inside the boundary (3 acre area)! He can be in the house next to me and it signals. I’m going to try to get my money back and spend the big $$$ on halo and hope it works better. Thank goodness my German Shepherd Dog is well behaved and has excellent recall, because I wouldn’t trust this to keep him safe!

Wagz
We love Wagz but you need to have a better clip to hold it to the collar. I have very active dogs and they get the device unhooked all the time.
I ended up putting a hole in the collar and put a tie wrap to hold the Wagz on the collar. The battery falls out when the play really hard still so we spend time looking for the battery. But we love it all but keeping on the dog.

No more notifications
It used to tell me when the battery was getting low. Now it doesn’t.
geofence creation needs more zoom
While setting up a geofence, you can only zoom into the area so far. I found setting up two geofences (one a "safe zone" and one a "keep out zone") close to each other to be difficult due to the small amount of zoom allotted and the resulting lack of precision in the placement of the fence posts. I feel this could be a small fix that would make a huge difference in the functionality of this product.

Would be great if it worked consistently.
We’ve had these for 8 months for 3 dogs. Typically only one works at a time if we’re lucky. The dogs can be outside right next to each other. They can be connected to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and the gps should work. One wil show connected and the others show no service. A waste of money as far as we are concerned. Wagz customer support is nice but ultimately they aren’t any help with their product.

Beta mode
This product was a good idea but very poor follow through. The experience I’ve had with the Wagz collar screams of beta development and lack of foresight. The collars give off very frequent false positives, the battery life is atrocious, the collar doesn’t even work to keep the boundaries set.
That was just the collar itself. The app is also way under developed with a shotty and clunky UX/I, no way to connect multiple phones to the same collar.

Good if it worked all the time
Is often slow to update my dog’s location. There have also been times when I turn the geofence off and it still alerts my dog. Great when it works correctly, but consistency is poor
So disappointed
Difficult to navigate. The Gps map for the collar should be a primary selection instead of buried in the dashboard setting with a tiny link Gives 5 million useless alerts. Mostly that the battery is being low. Extremely disappointed in the product, app and overall experience.
No-shock!
The main point for me that it doesn’t hurt my dog. Can track where my dog is thought the phone. In love with the idea a lot❤️
