Great idea! Horrendous UX!
I love that there is a halal investing platform, but it does me no good when it rarely works. The website just sends you to the app. The app constantly fails to log me in; once you manage to log in, the user experience is cumbersome in some aspects, and lacks options in others. It is just an all around horrendous tech experience.
Go look at how other established investing platform apps work and copy that, the current setup is awful and has been awful since day 1.

I’ve had a great experience with Wahed, and I especially want to recognize Rose from customer support. She was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand my concerns, was patient with my situation, and made sure everything was sorted out for me.

It’s been months since I am trying to verify myself. They are keep on rejecting it, It’s ridiculous.
