Pretty, but not functional
The whole purpose is to select groceries - why is the search function something you have to click as well as being tiny and at the top of the screen? Also, we should be able to track a delivery, especially when the delivery window is 2 hrs.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. The only address I could enter was Dubai. I live in the UK.

Rotten Mixed Fruit Cake Slice
I was in Yas Mall today and I purchase few pastry with different flavours. On bringing it home it was noticed that Vanilla Flavor Pastry was rotten and it was very bad smell.
It was noticed by me later when my son ate half of slice and I suddenly notice that it was very bad smell.
I have given him medicine for any food poison, if something happen i will held waitrose responsible.
Its serious issue and I am going to escalate Abu Dhabi Food Health & Safety.

Always not in time
Not customer oriented, bad app, slow, non intuitive. Orders are delivered not in requested time slot.
