Buggy to the point of being unusable
It does not scale to allow access to all page elements, among other issues. So you literally can’t complete the operation necessary to find your existing place in line.

This is a horrible app. Everyone gets the same message.. how much money did these clowns steal from the Tax Payers.. ????
GPS Needs Work
Does not link to airport lounges near me using the search feature so I can put myself in line in advance instead of having to physically scan a QR code upon arrival. Only pulls up locations way over in the UK
Does not link to where I am waiting
I have attempted to link where I am waiting in line. In this case, at the DMV. It says “You have no active tickets” Yet, I'm about 40 minutes until called on.
Chat history doesn’t get saved
Basically have to go back for the same appointment I had because I assumed past appointments and their chat history are saved. This is not the case. Please make sure to screenshot any important information sent to you through the chat.
