Terrible App - always gets stuck
I was hoping to use WaiverElectronic as an alternative for WaiverForever but the app is terrible. It’s just a version of the online desktop and it’s tiny and difficult to read the screen in your phone. It also freezes all the time and the back button doesn’t work meaning you have to restart the entire app constantly. Also when applicants complete waivers they don’t get any confirmation screen that they’ve done it like you do with WaiverForever which makes it hard to confirm that people entering an event have completed their waivers with a quick visual check.

This has made it easier to get waivers done beforehand, even at event events I use it for chair waivers with making a QR code. It made it very easy too bad I couldn’t really integrate this with my website in a way where everything could be done at once but I have to have two sites due to the fact that I sell products so outside of that it’s awesome.

Best waiver app
Very easy to use, I had to email the company a few times to change part of my waiver, and they are very helpful and responded very quickly. I’ve tried out other waiver apps. This has been the best one by far.

Difficult to cancel, won’t stop contacting me
This company continues to try to charge my credit card, despite asking them to stop at least 5 times over 2 years. I had to cancel the credit card. They don’t respond to cancel requests. This company does not have BBB accreditation. Use a different waiver app!
Beware! Free trial isn’t true, unbelievably hard the account
No transparency, hidden rules, hard to close the account. Opened the account for a one time use. Their page where you choose the plan says: “ Note: All plans include a free trial period of 30 days. You will not be charged when you subscribe a plan, and you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at anytime.”. This is not true. My card was charged before the 30 days, they sent me their terms and conditions page that says “the trial doesn’t apply to a one time event user”. Why to mislead people with the free trial then? Trying to close the account now. It can only happen through their support. It’s been a week, the account is still open. I definitely DO NOT recommend this service.

Beware!!! Fraudulent Do Not Get!!!
This company charged for the full year without consent and it was $495 CAD. When I complained and requested the support they refused to refund and yet downgrading my account so I didn’t have use. I’ve reported them. Do not get this!!!!

You will sign up for what they advertise as a monthly subscription with the first month free. But you are actually signing up for an annual subscription without any indication of that and on the day the 30 day free trial is up they will charge you an annual fee. Also, despite their promise of being able to cancel or downgrade anytime making it seem easy...you will not be refunded any of the annual fee you were charged. Also, there is no way to speak to someone. They can only be contacted via email and there is a very unhelpful support person who merely sends the terms to you with absolutely no concern with helping a very unhappy customer.
