Absolutely has to update the software on the unit but absolutely can not do that making this a 200 dollar paperweight. I can get an equally useless thing for much less next time.

I love this tool. It has helped me not hit water lines nor powerlines inside my walls. And being able to see the edge of the two by fours is extremely helpful.
A real stud finder
so far the unit cannot see thru the tub surround , there is likely a 1/2 plywood behind so no worries
i went on the other side and found them no problem, drill a 3/6 hole right thru the stud to mount shower handles
for old people like me
it sees thru drywall with no issues, have used it to mount shelf that were mounted in the drywall and of course fell off
because the previous peoples could not see the stud and not to mention the electric wires
i am using it everyware i need to find a stud
i will be getting some velcro (hook and loop) to mount it to my phone,as not to keen on placing a magnet on phone
(using with i phone13)
i totally love this unit, the confidence it brings ,i have a few stud finders but was always nervous as some times i hit the side
of stud not the middle
i have a few more studs to find in an area where the electric wire is stapled to the stud , will see how that looks when it gets a bit warmer

Best wall scanner in the world
I have been looking for a wall scanner like this for many years, this product makes stud finding a breeze. Thanks Walabot it’s a pleasure to use.
Works like a charm
I like the fact that I can see whatever is behind the walls (electric and plumbing) in addition to the beams. Less chance of mistakes.

Walabot was very useful. We bought right before coming back home after our full renovation. It helped me dodge some pipes and wires behind the walls, the only concern now is hopefully when I need it again in a few years that it keeps working as well as the first time we bought it.
Amazing Product
Works exactly as advertised. It does pretty much everything I need it to do. I've used it on almost every job before mounting anything. Come across a few items in the wall that had no business being there using this product. Definitely a purchase I am grateful for. Great product!!!
Better than my other stud finders.
I didn’t use all the functions because all,I was doing is hanging some shelves for our cats to play on. The clear location of the studs made the minute or two I spent calibrating it worth every circle. It really showed me the exact location.
I didn’t try to find any pipes or electrical wires with it but I think it would work for locating them too.

Great item for any DIYer
