Bugged App and pathetic customer service
I wanted to give 0 rating to this app as it crashes so frequently that you feel kicked out by them. Their customer service level is pathetic, very headstrong and does not listen any valid reasoning. Hardly any support. Very painful experience with them.

Not many good discounts. App keeps opening my setting EVERY TIME i open Wala trying to get access to location or notification. I do not want it to access, why keep asking!!!

هذا التطبيق تدفع وتشحن رصيد وخيارات الاستبدال غير ثابته يعني كوبونات لازم تطلب بقيمه الكوبون كامل يعني لو طلبك ٢٠ يخصمون ١٠٠ ريال انتبهوا من التطبيق مع العلم انه يساعد على المصب والاحتيال. نصيحه اذا بتكافئون موضفينكم عندكم الشايع افضل ارجو من ارامكو عدم التعامل مع هذا التطبيق للاسف ليس مكافأه واضحه انتبهوا رجاءا اول سنه نتعامل مع التطبيق عكس الشايع اشتري برصيد مسترجع في الحساب

Very bad and hectic behavior of customer support
The app is not working with email when try to discuss with customer support they delayed me without any response …very bad service specially the customer support is very very poor and hectic…decided to never ever use this types of app……

Not all offers are real
As per my experience with this application, I found many offers either not real or included in the list without proper coordination with the seller. I reported my case to the customer support and they are working on it since 3 months. I wish better experience to other users.
