The pharmacy here in Carlsbad, New Mexico, don’t send me all my medication’s at once and I also have to call them to remind them that I have a refill. I thought they were supposed to already know all that stuff they give me pills that are half filled and don’t put that information on the bottle so that you can call to get the rest of your pills. It’s not on their website and their prescriptions. i’m going ahead and changing my Walgreens Pharmacy to different pharmacy

Don’t let a life and death medication on auto refil go without refill request. You called me to get a dlue vaccination. But nothing in the automated system alerted to no refill to complete an auto refill in time for patient to have before running out?

I always leave Walgreens happy and I received my prescriptions. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Pill bottles are too big for small pills
I have asked multiple times to not have the big or fat bottles when submitting refills in the app. They do not fit in our cupboard and are not necessary for the amount of small pills in the bottles. If I do the refill at the store and wait for it, then the store pharmacy staff uses the appropriate small bottles without being asked. But ordering on the app gets the med from some type of warehouse which then bags each one with too many papers. Waste of bottles, bags, papers. The store will provide a smaller bottle if requested but that is wasteful. So I take the labels off our old bottles, I remove the new label from the fat bottle and apply to the old smaller bottle then transfer the pills. Ridiculous! Why can’t you just use smaller bottles or at least read the requests on the app refill and honor those requests??!!!

Rx app
The app does not let you remove old, no longer relevant prescriptions. It’s too easy to ask for a refill on the wrong dose/strength Rx. 🤨 also it should always have the next refill date on the Rx on my list.

Prescription pick dates
Can’t select a prescription pick up unless several days out. Yet I can go into the store and pick up same day.

They keep saying we picked up a prescription that we never Recieved. Had the doctor resend it and we still do t have it. Not understanding

San Dimas is the worst
The Walgreens on arrow Highway and lone Hill is terrible. They ran my medication 12 times and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I transferred it to Glendora on Grand/ 66 and the pharmacist there figured out the issue on the first time it ran through. If this had been the first time I had an issue with the San Dimas store, I would let it go, but they have continued to be a thorn in my side for a while. With gas being so expensive, I wanted to keep my prescriptions at the San Dimas store because it is less than a mile from my house. But, I am more than willing to drive the six extra miles to go to the one in Glendora. In all honesty, I bet I could drive to the one in Glendora, wait in the drive-through line, get my prescription and drive home home before I would’ve even been helped at the San Dimas pharmacy. The one in Glendora is awesome. They are fast and stress free. Very glad I went here because I was about to switch to CVS.

This Used to be a great Pharmacy
There was a time that you could call your prescription in and it would be ready that day or the next day. This was especially valuable given that many times there are emergent reasons you are obtaining prescriptions.
Evidently, some bean counter has determine it is more economic to have some offsite service. Fill the prescriptions. It is impossible to get a full prescription from them and it can take up to a week to get much needed medication.
I recently let them know. I was leaving on a trip and they failed to provide life-saving necessary prescriptions in a timely manner and then we’re miffed at me because was unable to pick up my prescription as they wished.
They have also changed the website so that you can no longer order your prescription online Unless it is on auto refill . Heart medication antibiotics blood thinners that are newly prescribed. Should be available in full.

Amazing app
Before I didn’t know if my medicine was being refilled, now I know when they received the medicine and what stage in the refill process it’s at. There’s those things in your life that you do every month or week or annually. Checking to see if my medicines have been refilled is my monthly routine. It’s a relief and something I can do in a minute with this app. No more long waiting phone calls to the pharmacy, no more waiting lines, and I’m not wasting time anymore. It’s all in the app. Wonderful app, just wonderful.

App glitches
Prescriptions are being sent to wrong Walgreens despite multiple doctors sending to correct store. App shows prescriptions that don’t match store records.
Almost always inaccurate
I’ve had the app for a long time and its performance has gradually gotten worse and worse. When a doctor prescribes something, sometimes the medications don’t show and it doesn’t notify me of updated prescription status. It creates a lot of misinformation as to what’s actually happening at the pharmacy and their pharmacies are famously difficulty to get through on the phone.
