Wanted to buy a 35 dollar transaction but it was not working
Never get my cash rewards at store and my number hasn’t changed
Aggravated when I could have had $13 off my purchase today. I earn rewards because I participate! App works fine but only in app not at store
Consistency and Competence
This Walgreens pharmacy has been one of the best, if not the best Pharmacy me and my family have utilized. They have capable and well trained employees throughout the entire staff. They provide information and details in a timely manner and the app is consistent with the pharmacy in real time. Being the parents of two special needs children, one with significant support levels, I am beyond appreciative of the efforts and dedication this pharmacist and their staff uphold. It’s things like having the dependable prescription support I get at Walgreens;that help parents have even FIVE minutes to ourselves before bed each night. Thank you for being that support!

The app is pretty good
Well, I think the app is pretty good for re-ordering my prescriptions and tracking what’s in the works. I wish we could remove either temporarily or permanently drugs that we don’t take anymore that are on our list so we don’t have to look at them all the time. Plus, I wish there was a way to tell them one time put it on hold. I do not want to refill it now so they would quit asking me because it might be a little bit longer before I’m ready to refill. Those are the only improvements for the app that I can think of otherwise I’m really happy with their app now I just wish the phone system and store pharmacy/drive-through could do as well, but I think that problem is due to being understaffed ever since Covid hit. I know the people in there worked their butts off.

You have great employees and your new systems are horrible! Is it worth losing them and customers? Get it together Walgreens. You’re still standing as one of the big box pharmacies but not for long at this rate.
Walgreens pharmacy – – Poor Customer Service.
The Walgreens pharmacy app is generally very good. Enough for me to keep Walgreens pharmacy a consideration. Their pharmacy personnel vary from being pleasant and responsive to more frequently customer unfriendly and passive aggressive. This unevenness and employee attitude towards customers makes me as a physician. Less likely to recommend the use of Walgreens pharmacy to my patients. I wish I did not have this consistent poor response when dealing with Walgreens pharmacy in person. I feel the likely reason is of Walgreens nationally is having to cut and close significant stores nationwide. I could be wrong. My advice is let the customer be aware.!!!

They don’t check when you order it thru app.
You might as well call it in. Will get it right if you talk to somebody

App crashes in the middle of an order or just loses track. Can’t tell you status even when it works. Focus is on advertising

Difficult to get to prescription refills
. Extremely difficult to even get to prescriptions refill and they cancel my medication that I NEED without reason. Why is this so difficult???? Switching to Fry’s pharmacy

Frustrated
What should have taken only a few minutes turned into an hour and a half. Duplicate pictures and you have too many to download at one time. Give me the number outright and I won’t do that. Stop it when it’s full!! Put the same pictures together. I don’t think this is asking too much in this day and age. It’s all a trick to get us to be confused and buy what we don’t want. I know, I don’t have to buy them when I pick them up. What a waste.

Truly Disappointed
Calls to the pharmacy entail hours long holds and dropped calls. My physician faxed a prescription yesterday with confirmation it was received and yet the pharmacy claims it has not received it. My family and I have been Walgreens clients for DECADES! You need more staff to address calls and more cashiers so endless time is not wasted on endless lines.
