Slowest pharmacy ever!
No rush for people’s medication
Love the pharmacy
Although, I do wish the employees in the pharmacy would act like they like their jobs. They never smile. The pick up process is like getting a robot call. No personalization like “hello, Deborah, how are you?”
The pharmacy does, almost always, have my prescriptions on hand, so I don’t have a lapse between prescriptions. They are great about contacting my doctors for a prescription, when I’m out of refills. I’ve been coming there for a few years now, and no one there even knows my name. I miss that part of my former pharmacy. My only complaint is the unfriendly attitude of everyone that’s ever waited on me in the pharmacy. The people up front are very friendly and just great to be around.

Nice APP to upload photos for print.
App didn’t work
I ordered them and was to pick up today on the app and now I had to order again! Not good!!!
Not easy anymore
I had to sign in 4 times for some reason?
Glitches
The app keeps glitching and changing the pickup location and has selected the wrong refills for renewal.
Can’t get through
Been on phone waiting for pharmacy over 1 hr and 10 min. Still “one person ahead of you” on the call.
App said it would auto fill an rx when ins said it’s time. Doesn’t happen. I have to cal in each time and I have difficulty getting through.
Please hire more pharmacy people - they are working hard and severely short staffed.
I’m looking into other pharmacy options because this is to frustrating.

Never Saves Card
I like the app, but it asks me every time to save my card info, but never does. Annoying!!

Fast & Affordable
I use Walgreens for all my business & gift needs. My flyers are usually ready for pickup within 1 hour. They are more affordable than any other physical store & I am always satisfied with how great the prints come out.
Heads up
I need to know what my copayment is before I place the order. This Walgreens site does not offer that.
Horrible, HORRIBLE phone website
I spent over an hour trying to stop the app from glitching and jumping from page to page.
Cash reward
I have more rewards in my Cash whatever money back whatever you wanna call it and it will let me only do one dollar
Options
I’m disappointed of not having options on the #s of refills to be served. Always have to call. So, not much use, but to see if my refills are ready or not.
Customer Service
Walgreens customer service is terrible. The only reason we still use them is they’re our only close option to the house. The consistency of the pharmacy is separating and aggravating.

One of the best helpful staffs ever in my 80plus years. Always cheerful and so thorough with explanations if needed .
They ignore request
I constantly ask for small bottles and seems like they grab the largest. They don’t pay attention to customer request.
Needs Work
Find in store option is stupid. It’s what led me to shop at CVS.
