Terrible search engine
The App is useless as its search function is the worst of all store Apps I use.
Prescriptions refill requests does not work
Whenever I use this app to request a refill it never works correctly, my local pharmacy never gets the request. Basically useless for prescription refills.
Keeps on glitching out and locking me out of my account
I keep on getting locked out of my account and having to reset my password.

Awful for Prescriptions
I had to switch pharmacies because our new prescription insurance doesn’t cover the Safeway/Albertsons pharmacy. And the Walgreens app simply doesn’t measure up. You can’t set a passcode on the prescriptions part of the app — so anyone who’s using the rest of the Walgreens app to order photos, etc, can also see all your prescriptions. You can’t set prescriptions to auto-renew. You can’t archive prescriptions you’re no longer taking. It’s all one big giant mess. Plus, the list of what data this app tracks and collects is simply horrifying. Your prices are already absurdly high, Walgreens. You don’t have to sell extremely personal information on top of that.

Amateur Pharmacy
I’ve been using Walgreens for years. All I’ve seen is the attitude of employees deteriorate and the customer service drop to an all-time low. You sign up for auto-refill and there’s zero communication that it is ready and if you don’t pick it up they cancel it. At least they used to call. Time to switch pharmacies and give someone else a chance

Walgreens pharmacy always have my prescriptions, up-to-date and ready to serve I always have different prescriptions that they don’t have in stock but have them the following day. Incompetence at its greatest
Constant delays, always messing things up with insurance, sometimes medicine is in process for over a week. Absolute incompetence
Pharmacy
Pharmacy refuses to fill my RX because I don’t have insurance. I wouldn’t request a refill if I didn’t need it. I don’t need Walgreens to tell I don’t have insurance.

I changed my address and preferred store in app a couple of years ago. I ordered a few prints through the website and photos were sent to previous preferred store still in error. When I went to pick up at my preferred store assuming they would be there, there was no record of it. Very confusing.
Inconvenience
My home store is on valley view yet Westminster store keeps filling my prescriptions making me drive there instead of this one. It’s closer to my house.
