Can’t register or close account
Never received verification email, so can’t update details or close account to start again. No contact number and no response to online enquiries seeking help.

downloaded the app yesterday registered all looked ok until I went to the local Walkers kiosk
Scanned the barcode at the bottom of the free offer in the app, store scanner beeped and beeped but did not register the freebee, staff had no clue (not their fault ).
Tried to download Walker wallet app, ios 17.6.1 refused to accept the wallet app!
This app should either be updated (it's over 12 months old) or removed from the app store
I will delete my account as I am security concerns with a 12 month app 🤨
On the bright side Walkers donuts are the best I have had in Australia; the only ones better are Dunkin donuts in the USA.

Can’t even register for rewards
Tried to register several times thinking I must be missing something. Always get stuck at the scan member no. field. The physical reward card doesn’t have a unique identifier so I was lost. Asked today how do I get a
member no. and was told to Google the website for it. Nope, nothing there. Seems the staff have no idea either.
