This app is a scam

It’s a really scam!!!
After paying full amount for a 1 year subscription, still all features are locked for me, and asking me again to buy a subscription. I contacted several times to the customer service, they says we checked everything is alright with your account, but I shared the screenshot with them, that I login with same details but it asks me to buy a subscription again.

Great app!

I love this app! I’ve been using it I think for almost a year now and I still love it.
The only change I could see being an improvement that I hope the developer will consider is making all days on the challenges part of the app accessible at any time. I like to use that page when I’m looking for a specific area of my body to challenge but I give my body a day to rest in between so it causes me to miss a day and I can’t access it. Or I think it would be nice if I for example wanted to do a target arm workout and could complete 2 to 3 “days” of workouts in one day.

Not free

After only one lesson it won’t let you move on to the next one without paying for it. I’m just trying to workout and it wants me to pay.

Not worth the money

The workouts are quick and easy. Those are pretty much the only positive aspects. The data you enter before receiving your 'personalised plan' has no effect on the exercises you receive. There is no customising so if there is a workout you don't want to do because it doesn't work for you or it works out a muscle you dont want to work out (like obliques) you can't change it. The exercises are also poorly designed, slow and boring they don't feel effective nor have seen any positive change in my physique. A better app I highly recommend is HomeWorkouts - I haven't paid for a subscription to it but it actually gives results within a couple of weeks, I switched over in the new year to this app and it has actually resulted in me losing muscle definition. But if you are looking for a quick workout just to get some movement in then this is a good app, just don't expect progress.
