Wallets should be reported to the police for holding people’s money

Wallets’ UI guards you through a great user experience to put your money in and then just when you discover that you can’t do anything useful with the money you also discover that you can’t take your money out. How is this even legal?

Scam!!!

Wallets Africa will only allow you to deposit money into the account, once you do that, you can’t withdraw or use it for any services, I have 15,000 there for more than 5 months now and my friend has 25,000 with them too, they don’t respond to anything.

Terrible App. Deposits can’t be withdrawn

This app is getting roasted on Twitter! Customers are complaining about issues with depositing funds and not being able to withdraw them. Customers like me have reported that our deposits are stuck in the app. And now Wallets Africa has blocked us from commenting on their tweets due to numerous complaints. #WalletsAfrica #CustomerServiceFail

Worst app ever

This app is disgusting and you might lose your funds if you keep using them. Customer service is very poor, transaction always failed and you might not even get a refund but you might be lucky is some rare cases. This should be the worst digital banking app I’ve ever seen. You can’t fund your card again because you’ll keep getting error. If there’s a way, would’ve given a zero rating 🤦‍♂️
